Effective from 4 October 2026. These terms govern the use of magusgroup.al and of the platforms of Magus Group Albania shpk (NIPT L92228018L, Linzë, Nd. 30, H. 31, Ap. 52, Dajti, 1040, Tirana): Magus ID, Magus Hub with its client portal, Magus Pay and Magus Social. By using them you accept these terms. If you use them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept them for it.
1. The services
- magusgroup.al: information about the group, its brands, news, careers and the contact form. It is free and needs no account.
- Magus ID (id.magusgroup.al): the shared account and sign-in for our platforms, created only by invitation.
- Magus Hub (hub.magusgroup.al): management of our business customers’ services, licences, invoices and support, with a portal where customers’ contact persons follow their services.
- Magus Pay (pay.magusgroup.al): card payments for the group’s websites, through Raiffeisen Bank’s RaiAccept service.
- Magus Social (social.magusgroup.al): our internal tool, based on Postiz, for publishing and measuring the posts of the group’s brands on social networks. It is used only by our staff and is not open to the public.
The group’s brand websites (for example autobus.al and busmagus.com) and the services sold on them have their own terms, which apply to those purchases.
2. Accounts and security
- Accounts are created only by invitation. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and two-step verification secure and do not share your account: you are responsible for what is done with it. Tell us at once at per@magusgroup.al if you suspect someone else has used it.
- We may require two-step verification, end sessions or suspend an account to protect it or our systems, and we tell you why.
- When you connect a social network account to Magus Social, you confirm that you are allowed to manage it and that the authorisation you give is yours.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the services against the law or the rights of others, or to send spam or misleading content;
- try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, test or bypass their security, or interfere with how they work;
- overload the services, collect their content automatically on a large scale, or copy them, except as the law allows;
- upload malicious software or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- use the contact form or the data deletion form for anything other than their purpose.
We may remove content and suspend access that breaks these rules.
4. Customer services and payments
What we provide to business customers (software, licences, hosting, support) is governed by the offer, the contract or the invoice agreed with the customer; where they differ from these terms, they prevail. Payments through Magus Pay are processed by the bank under its own terms; we never see the full card number. For a purchase on a brand’s website, that website is the seller, and its terms decide refunds and changes.
5. Social networks and other third-party services
Some features rely on services of other companies. When you use them, or connect an account of yours to them, you also accept their terms:
- YouTube: by connecting a YouTube channel or using YouTube features through our services you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Mastodon, Discord, Slack, Dribbble, Medium and GitHub: their terms of service and community rules apply to everything published on them.
- Raiffeisen Bank (RaiAccept): its terms apply to card payments.
We are not responsible for how these services work or change. You can revoke our access to your accounts at any time, as explained in the Privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the site and the platforms (texts, design, software, logos and brand names) belongs to Magus Group Albania or to those who licensed it to us. You may read it, share links to it and use the materials of the press page as described there; any other use requires our written permission. Your own content stays yours: you allow us to use it only as needed to provide the services to you.
7. Availability
We work to keep the services available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that they will always work without interruption or errors. We may update, change or stop features, and close the services temporarily for maintenance, giving notice where we can.
8. Liability
As far as Albanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or lost data caused by the use of the services, nor for the services of third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or the rights that consumers have under the law. For business customers, the liability set in their contract applies.
9. Ending the use
You can stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your account and your data, as explained in Data deletion. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Contracts with business customers end as set in the contract.
10. Privacy
How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Tirana, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts of the place where you live. We would appreciate the chance to resolve any problem with you first: write to per@magusgroup.al.
12. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, the new version is published on this page with the date of the update; for significant changes we also notify you on the site and, if you have an account, by email, before they take effect. If you keep using the services after that, you accept the new terms.
