Cookie policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Under Article 158, points 6 and 7, of Albanian Law no. 54/2024 “On electronic communications in the Republic of Albania”, we store or read information on your device only with your consent, except what is strictly necessary for the service you ask for. This page explains what magusgroup.al uses and how you choose. For how we process personal data, see the Privacy policy.

Without them the site and the contact form do not work:

• magus-group-session (Magus Group Albania): keeps the technical session of your visit. Expires 2 hours after your last action.
• XSRF-TOKEN (Magus Group Albania): protects forms against forged submissions. Expires 2 hours after your last action.
• mg_site_access (Magus Group Albania): set only for people we give an access link while the site is under maintenance, so they can see it. Expires after 12 hours.

We also keep two preferences in your browser’s local storage (not as cookies), which are never sent to us: mg-consent, your cookie choice, so we do not ask on every page, and mg-mode, the dark or light mode you picked. They stay until you change or delete them.

If you accept this category, we load tools through Google Tag Manager that show how the site is used, so we can improve it:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.): cookies _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day), plus CLID and MUID on Microsoft domains (1 year). Clarity records clicks and movement on the page and masks what you type into forms.

If you do not accept, these tools set no cookies on your device.

We currently use no marketing or advertising tools on this site. If we add any, they will load only if you accept this category, and we will list them here before using them.

YouTube and Vimeo videos in articles load in their privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com and Vimeo with “Do Not Track”). When you play a video, its provider may store information on your device under its own policy.

Magus ID, Magus Hub, Magus Pay and Magus Social use only necessary cookies: to keep you signed in, to protect forms and, if you choose it, to remember a trusted device for two-step verification (up to 30 days). They use no analytics or advertising cookies.

• On your first visit, choose “Accept all”, “Necessary only” or “Choose” to set each category.
• You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
• You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, the contact form may not work.
